Comprehensive know-how and efficient solutions for high-end polyurethane processing will be presented by Hennecke Machinery Shanghai (HMS) at the PU CHINA/UTECH Asia which will be held from 2 to 4 August 2016 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center, booth no. 110.
With over 70 years of experience and a consistently high annual budget for research and development, Hennecke produces machines, plants and systems for all PU core technologies. At its 42 square metre exhibition stand, the Hennecke subsidiary, supported by specialists from the company's headquarters, will showcase its entire product portfolio: highpressure metering machines, mixheads, PUR-CSM, elastomer, moulded foam, refrigerator, sandwich panel and slabstock lines as well as the peripheral units PENTAMAT, DELTAMAT and CARBOMAT. A highlight at the trade fair will be the High-Pressure-RTM process (HP-RTM). Thanks to short cycle times, this lightweight construction technology allows highquality fibre composite parts to be made in large-scale production, a basic requirement for the development in the area of e-mobility. Another focus will be on Hennecke's extended range of retrofit options that is fully covered by the competencies of HMS' engineering and service specialists. The PU specialist thus gives its customers the opportunity to achieve higher plant availability and optimal functionality.
