The ULTIMIX mixheads are controlled by a pneumatic unit, and the recirculation and mixing pressures can be configured to ensure a constant and homogenous production result. This is achieved using nozzles with different diameters and special valves within the recirculation circuit. The geometry of the mixing chamber and the type of mixer are selected for the application according to the flow rate desired and the raw materials used. ULTIMIX mixheads are easy to maintain thanks to a special ceramic faced sealing arrangement which is automatically lubricated during the pouring phase. As an option the mixhead can be driven by a three-phase motor with a variable speed control which ensures optimal mixing of the components. ULTIMIX mixheads can also accommodate the option of two colour injection lines.
